Clinical AI for cancer care, built NHS-grade
Umbizo's Treatment Analyser System: AI decision support for oncology teams, validated on MIMIC-IV with a 27% lift in decision accuracy and a peer-reviewed paper behind it. Chosen as sole supplier, Kernl is taking it production-ready and NHS-grade: a FHIR layer for EPIC and System C Medway, encrypted AWS infrastructure to NHS governance, and support through a clinician pilot, grant-funded by GM Business Growth Hub.
Harmonics Suite · UK music retailer
A 3-hour process, done in 15 minutes
Instrument financing for students across eight schools, rebuilt end to end. A client-facing form feeds an admin dashboard where the owner approves each case, runs an integrated Omnicapital credit check, and prints contracts and labels in a click. No re-entry, no rooms of paper. Live for 12 months without a failure, facilitating 5-figure seasonal sales.

Our process
How a project runs
Four steps, here's exactly what working with us looks like.
- Discovery
We start with a call to understand your goals, challenges and requirements, so we both know exactly what's worth building.
- Design
This is where we get creative, designing the user interface and user experience. Nothing is built before your feedback and sign off.
- Development
After sign off, we build. We set up a project board so you can track progress and stay updated throughout.
- Deployment
Once development and testing are complete, we prepare to deploy. We set up hosting and production environments, run final QA checks, and launch your application.
